Blue Horizon Alliance supports the development and long-term sustainability of independently incorporated nonprofit organizations in underserved regions.

Since February 2025, BHA has provided financial, technical, and institutional support to locally registered nonprofit organizations in West Africa focused on rural literacy, small-scale agriculture, and community health.

These organizations operate as independent legal entities within their respective countries. BHA’s role is to provide early-stage infrastructure, strategic support, and accountability frameworks to ensure sustainable growth and measurable community impact.

Our Support Model

BHA provides both financial and non-financial institutional support, including:

• Startup funding and operational grants
• Website development and hosting (established February 2025)
• Digital infrastructure and communications systems
• Organizational setup and compliance guidance
• Strategic planning and program design
• Capacity building and advisory services

Where appropriate, non-cash contributions are documented with reasonable U.S. dollar equivalent values for transparency and reporting purposes.

Liberia – Independent Field Affiliate

Legal Status:
Independently incorporated nonprofit organization under Liberian law.

Program Focus:
• Rural literacy access
• Small-scale farming support
• Community health outreach

BHA Support Includes:
• Initial establishment funding
• Website and digital infrastructure
• Organizational and governance guidance
• Ongoing strategic support

Sierra Leone – Independent Field Affiliate

Legal Status:
Independently incorporated nonprofit organization under Sierra Leone law.

Program Focus:
• Literacy in rural communities
• Agricultural sustainability initiatives
• Community health programs

BHA Support Includes:
• Startup and operational assistance
• Website and hosting services (since February 2025)
• Institutional framework support
• Strategic coordination

Governance & Accountability

Each supported organization operates independently under local governance structures.

BHA maintains formal grant agreements, reporting requirements, and institutional oversight mechanisms aligned with international nonprofit compliance standards.

This structure ensures:
